Every project is unique. This is why we prefer to talk with you first to learn the details of your project. And, of course, that consultation is free of charge.

After our meeting, we can more accurately determine the costs for your project and provide you with an official not-to-exceed estimate.


We try our best to be sure that this estimate will not to be exceeded and we can hold that line as long as the project stays within the scope of what is outlined in the estimate. If it looks as if the project is heading beyond what was originally agreed upon, we will always contact you for prior approval before moving forward.

After your initial consultation, you will receive an estimate with project details, projected timelines, and payment information. This estimate needs to be signed and returned as a service contract with your 1/2 down payment to begin your project. You are under no obligation until we receive a signed estimate to initiate the project.


For projects under $5,000 the following payment schedule is typical:

–    1/2 down payment with the signed estimate to initiate your project
–    Final 1/2 payment due upon final uploading and delivery of finished project

For projects over $5,000, individual payment options are available.
